Catching up with Crumble

We caught up with 6,8 CF TJ Crumble, one of the top 15 2026 players in the country.  We talked about his freshman campaign with he and his team winning a state championship, him having a really good EYBL showing, and also him transferring to a new school to start the year.  TJ Currently holds several high major offers from the likes of Houston, Arizona State, Cincinnati, Northwestern, Texas A&M, Ohio State, LSU, Ole Miss, Ohio, Eastern Michigan, Virginia, Kent State, Mizzou, Georgia Tech, Ohio, and Kent State. I hope we didn’t miss anyone. We also got a little insight on the things that peek his interest, like music, NBA Players, and also his celebrity crush. Here’s our quick Q&A with one of the upcoming future stars in high school basketball.

Ricky: How are you liking your new school?

TJ: I love my new school.  It’s been fun, we’ve been putting in a lot of work.

Ricky: What was the reason for the change?

TJ: It was a hard decision, but my family and I thought it was a better environment for me to grow as a player and get better.  I’m constantly developing with the type of work we put in.

Ricky: How do you think you did this year in the EYBL?

TJ: I think I did really well this year individually and as a team.

Ricky: What was your focus going into the EYBL?

TJ: Showing off my full skill set and showing I can play multiple positions.

Ricky: What parts of your game do you think has grown the most from this time last year until now?

TJ: I think my shooting has definitely made the biggest jump in my game from last year.

Ricky: Is there a player this summer that surprised you in your class?

TJ: My teammate Taylen Kinney definitely showed that he’s one of the top guards in the class and probably the most improved since the year before.

Ricky: Is there a player that you enjoyed watching this spring/summer?

TJ: I enjoyed watching Cooper Flagg and Ace Bailey.

Ricky: I know you have a lot of offers, what schools have you visited so far?

TJ: So far, I have visited Cincinnati , Michigan State and Ohio state.  I have other visits planned going forward, just having fun with the process but educating myself on the schools as well.

Ricky: Is there a way you see yourself playing in college or you just still developing?

TJ: I’m definitely still developing into a more mature, complete player but I see my self being a 3-4 that can play inside out and can make the right play.

Ricky: Who is your Favorite NBA PLAYER?

TJ: Jayson Tatum

Ricky: Who is your Dream girl?

TJ: Rubi Rose

Ricky: Who are you listening to currently/ favorite artist?

TJ: Lil baby, Ot7 QUANNY, Veeze and Real Boston Richey.

Ricky: NBA player that your game most resembles?

TJ: Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Davis

Ricky: What's your goal for this school season?

TJ: My goal is for our team to continue building on our 49 game winning streak.
